My special area of interest is female hormones, difficulty losing weight, PCOS, mental health and thyroid. I work with clients who find it difficult to lose weight even though they may be exercising and eating healthy. I investigate lifestyle factors which may be contributing to weight gain. Some factors that may be negatively impacting a clients progress include; their gut bacteria, the detoxification system, the hormonal system and of course stress!
